About Mallanna
Mallanna, designed by Purushoth Kumar Guttula in 2013, is a Telugu font with rounded letterforms and even weight, echoing the celebrated round pearls of Hyderabad. It features complex Telugu conjunct letters and crisp readability at small sizes. Named after Telugu poet Mallanna of Krishnadevaraya's court, the project is led by Appaji Ambarisha Darbha.
